Redwork stitchery

By request. So, this is the sixth panel finished (of 14) of my 'Scandinavian Rose' quilt by Rosalie Quinlan. This one wasn't too hard, mostly backstitch. I can just about cope with chain stitch now, but HATE satin stitch with a vengeance! It's amazing how long these take to finish!

    Me too,hating satin stitch that is.
    Your block looks lovely.I have to admit I completed the whole of the Scandinavian Rose without satin stitch.x

      Would love to see it, Laurajane. Did you use the sashing fabrics as shown on the pattern?
