I think everybody was glad to be back to the group this week! Nice to catch up with everybody. Some of us had gotten together earlier this week to give the mojo a helping hand.
Susan had been working on these little quilts of love for the premmie babies. How cute is that mouse?! And the little bear lady too. Made with that nice multicoloured thread.
Helen is getting somewhere with her stitchery; she finished her soldier tonight. It's a "Lest we forget" stitchery in muted colours but very effective. And very intricate, lots of work in this.
Pauline was happily working away at a new jumper in a lovely green wool. She's looking very colour-coordinated here!
Marg (in hiding) was working on her quilt using needleturn and Tim Holtz kind of fabrics with scripts and butterflies. Can't wait to see that finished!
And Susan was beavering away on her hexies - I just love that orderly and multicoloured box of hexies! She got so caught up in discussions that a whoopsie happened - can you see it? Nah, I can't either...
Yours truly was working on the redwork again, will post when the next block is finished.
All fixed now Donna...a bit of unsewing and it was as good as new!!! Too much chatting and not enough concentrating! ! Was good to catch up with everyone again.
ReplyDeleteLots of fun stuff going on here - wish I had some place close to home to share in the joy :)
